Spring 2008 Class Schedule

Classes are held in my Glenview home and are participation. There are generous samples of everything prepared in class, so be sure to bring containers with lids if you wish to take your samples home.Classes are held on Wednesday or Thursday mornings from 9-12 noon. Payment if full is required with registration. Please make sure to include your phone number. I will call you if the class is full.

Cancellation Policy
If I receive your cancellation 7 days prior to the class I will send you a full refund. If you would like to send a friend in your place, please feel free to do so. If I have to cancel for any reason, you will receive a full refund.


APRIL 16 or 17
Desserts $55
We will make a variety of desserts for an occasion or family meal. The recipes include Lace Florentine Cookies, Chocolate Pecan Caramel Pie, Easy Tart Cherry Strudel, Chocolate Hazelnut Mousse Cake, Blackberry Crumble and Creamy Cheesecake with homemade Caramel Sauce and Toffee.

APRIL 30 or MAY 1
30 MINUTE GOURMET $55
You will make 6 entrees that are quick and easily done in 30 minutes or less. Paired with a salad and bread you'll have dinner on the table quickly. The recipes include: Pasta with Italian Sausage and Wild Mushrooms, Crispy Chicken with Watercress, Curried Pork Tenderloin with Sweet Potatoes, Crunchy Tilapia with tomatoes, onions, and peppers. Spicy Chicken Pizza and Pork Tenderloin Medallions with Port Sauce
